HOW DOES IT COME PACKAGED?

All foam products come tightly vacuum sealed, rolled up like a lil burrito and packed in a box. If you're purchasing a couch, think of a box roughly the size of a three year old. Kidding. Kind of.  

SHIPPING

We ship for free from Calgary, AB. We are a family business and orders are usually shipped within 24 hours, and up to 3 business days. Most items are shipped Canada Post/UPS and are delivered within 1-5 business days. 

 HOW DO I WASH FABRIC LINER?

Easiest method is to spot clean with warm water and a gentle cleanser. If needed, machine wash cold on gentle cycle. Delicate (low heat) or hang to dry. 

IS THERE ANY ASSEMBLY/HOW LONG TO EXPAND?

No assembly required because we make it that easy. Foam can take a few days to expand, up to 14 days to take full shape although it will usually be pretty playable within 24 hours. Trust the process. 

 GOT WRINKLES?

Wrinkles can be inevitable due to the compressed packaging, it will come out naturally with play or use a steamer to expedite  

HOW SOON SHOULD I OPEN THE BOX?

All foam products must be opened within 30 days of delivery. Although uncommon, please advise us immediately of any manufacturer defects to qualify for our limited warranty program. 

 DO YOU HAVE A RETURN POLICY?

All foam products are final sale. This is primarily due to how they are packaged. Although uncommon, if you have a defect please let us know right away by contacting hello@littleloungeco.com

WHAT IS CERTIPUR-US CERTIFIED FOAM?

Durability tested, Emissions-tested and made without ozone depleters, PBDEs, formaldehyde, mercury, lead and other heavy metals. Made without phthalates regulated by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. Low VOC (volatile organic compound) emissions for indoor air quality (less than 0.5 parts per million). No chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs). 

Aka, made with the same foam that is in your furniture already.

Unfortunately once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel or modify. A restocking fee of $25 can be applied.
