Warranty Information for Foam Products

All foam products are backed by a limited-time manufacturer's warranty, which guarantees quality and covers defects related to zippers, fabric, and foam.

Inspection and Claims: Please inspect your product immediately upon receipt. If you discover any defects, contact us without delay. To initiate a warranty claim, you will need to provide proof of purchase and reach out to our customer service team at hello@littleloungeco.com.

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, or incidents involving pets. Additionally, this warranty is non-transferable and only applicable to the original purchaser. It excludes products purchased on sale or through third-party marketplaces.

Eligibility: To be eligible for warranty coverage, foam products must be opened within three months of delivery. Final sale or private marketplace items are not included.

Return Policy 

Return and Cancellation Policy for Foam Products

Please be advised that all foam products are considered final sale. Due to logistical and packaging constraints, we are unable to accommodate returns or refunds.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you wish to cancel an order prior to shipment, please inform us immediately. Please note that a restocking fee of $50 may apply.
