All foam products are covered by a one-year limited manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase. Warranty extends to defects affecting zippers, fabric, and foam. Please examine the product after opening and notify us immediately and we will at our discretion, repair or replace the affected part. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, normal wear and tear or pets. To make a warranty claim, please provide proof of purchase and contact our customer service at hello@littleloungeco.com. This warranty is non-transferable and applies to the original purchaser. All foam products need to be opened within 30 days of delivery in order to qualify.
Return Policy
All foam products are final sale. Due to logistics and packaging we are unable to process any returns or refunds. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you need to cancel an order before it has been shipped, please notify us immediately. A restocking fee of $50 may apply.
